My suite was air-conditioned, a nice size. The rooftop restaurant and roof top bar were also available.

Exceptional hip new place, it has ideal and exceptionally nice location close enough to the Teatro San Carlo as well as the train station and underground. The staff are patient and brilliantly helpful people who even remembered our room number for check-out.

It's a nice size and well furnished with marble-lined bathrooms. We like the perfect and exceptionally nice location - close to the train station. The staff is very efficient, the breakfast is large.

Exceptional hotel with everything perfectly clean throughout and an ideal and exceptionally nice location to the famous Michaele's Pizzeria. Large and rich breakfast with a great view of Naples rooftops, outstanding food, and patient staff.

The venue is exceptionally clean, the staff is immensely pleasant and consistently courteous. It boasts magnificent very central location and impeccably clean and airy room. Also, an ancient city gate is a stone’s throw away. Good value, considering that everything is modern.

The venue is exceptionally clean and big, views are spectacular, the location is ideal really close to the train station which was n't the safest location in Naples, sights and restaurants, and the historic centre as well as the central train station. Breakfast was varied, spectacular views, easy location not far from the central train terminal and the metro and the Circumvesuviana, the center of Naples, and steak house, the melt with ease styled cooked to perfection steaks. I booked a superior double room, it was top-notch and had climate control and a balcony. There was comfortable bed, especially helpful staff at the reception desk.

We have spent 3 days in superior queen room with WiFi, shower, good bathroom. Got a large and rich breakfast included in our rate which was very tasty.

Got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has brilliant location. Enjoyed the classic double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early.

the view was exceptional and the staff were accommodating and great. the room was spotless, liked the huge bathroom it had. the bed was comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows.

The most important was the staff - competent and attentive people. The accommodation had a central location on a roundabout in Piazza Garibaldi. Moreover, it's just next door to the restaurant as well as the trains for Pompeii, Herculanum, Stabiae.

Got not too big room also Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Nothing too much trouble, a real good experience, will be back. Caring and well-mannered staff provides a very good service. The superior queen room is airy and spotless. It has marvellous and prime location for visiting Piazza Garibaldi. They have soft beverages in the rooftop bar.
