Smart Hotel Napoli

It was a very good experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and nicely presented, had truly special views of the ocean. The staff were very amiable and the setting was perfect. There was a good restaurant relatively close to the property. Food was freshly made and I stayed in the double room, it was relaxing.

Lovely location - a short walk from Saint Mary's Cathedral. Good sized and well-appointed units with a hearty breakfast on offer.

The hotel was overall clean, facilities were clean modern, comfortable location so close to a ferry to Capri/Amalfi Coast/Positano, restaurants and shops in Naples and touristic attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed the location close to the center 15 minutes walk.

It was modern, huge and with a patio. The breakfast was varied for Gluten-free options! The service provided there was really great! And they had a bar in the reception.

My triple room was new-fashioned, spotless. As for me, wake-up service available, and special views were advantages.

Incredible, perfect location in Port of Naples district near to the ferries going to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and the islands in the Gulf of Naples and cruise ship departures, Procida, Ischia and much more, and restaurant at 09:45. Truly special views of the ocean from well-appointed rooms. Helpfulness from the whole staff.

A minibar, a sofa bed and central heating were provided for a good stay also during the night. The location was marvellous and best possible for walking around a medieval fortress.

It made our trip to Naples a very enjoyable experience. Came in Naples to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was lovely base for doing it. The location was perfect, for example, a national library was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The staff were attentive, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge👍

The breakfast was varied, the staff was efficient, the grounds were spotlessly clean. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a funerary chapel. It was surely a very enjoyable stay also during the night.

i have stayed in twin/double room for 2 nights, it was complete with good firm beds, a magnificent bathroom, for example. the atmosphere created was quiet. the location was best possible, close to centre, naples, and capri.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a minibar, a sofa bed and central heating in the triple room. The entire staff was efficient. The location of the hotel was magnificent - within easy walking distance of a traffic-free square.
