Place was overall clean, everything was perfect. The staff was very hospitable, amicable with every request. Got the same double room booked online, really enjoyed that. The bed was comfy and the bathroom - fairly clean. The location was unbeatable and nice close to many attractions. Had brunch in the Bibendum, located nearby. I was there for 9 nights and would book again.

It was a nicely decorated and quirky hotel, nothing too much trouble, recommend. Spent 9 nights here with my mother, had an extra special stay overall.

This hotel is quirky and spotlessly clean with magnificent location right in the center of the city and amazingly friendly staff.

The breakfast was rich and included. The hotel was situated in the central location close to a metro station.

The rooms were modest, spotless, came with a lovely bathroom and a lovely view plus AC. The location was stunning, extremely close to a 16th - century monument. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were amazingly friendly and attentive.

It was in a marvellous and amazing location with a medieval castle nearby. Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Naples.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a personal safe, climate control and a minibar inside the room. Everyone was attentive as well as host. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. What's more, it was really close to a trolley.

Thanks all for a perfect 10/10 stay for a business trip. The location in a downtown area was magnificent and perfect and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby.
