The location was prime, you can visit Crypta Neapolitana by walking. The staff were very attentive and really helpful all the time.

Our stay there was really comfortable. The staff was responsive and flexible and around most of the time. We got a room with a bidet. We had street view with a comfortable bed.

The personnel is really helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet. The location is peaceful - walking distance to a subway station. There is wine bar Alcala, set 200 metres walk away.
