All in all they offer very good service.

The units are fairly quiet and absolutely fabulous with a balcony. Nice touch to have an ironing set, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Extremely poor breakfast, it should be far better.

Particularly nice breakfast with beverages and salty items for every taste. Stunning location of the hotel to riverside. Easy walk to Bessborough Gardens.

The staff was amicable. Booked a room with nice views of harbor. The hotel was in a central location close to all the main attractions in Naples. There was The Constitution, located nearby, where we relaxed. Our stay was nice and we will come back.

Wonderful location and amicable and extremely friendly staff were a definite plus. The services were good, offered us good free Wi-Fi.

Fashionable room with a very clean bed and a spacious bathroom. Excellent and fantastic location in Naples, right by other areas in Naples safe place to stay, Chiaia which is a great neighbourhood to visit, close to Via Toledo and all the historical centre, and a coffee shop nearby.

The location was great and away from hustle and bustle. It was also not far from Piazza del Plebiscito and the gulf of Naples.

In general the service was helpful. The location was central, brilliant about to try to find out what we were to do by maybe stopping at a shop nearby.

The room was beautifully designed and reasonably large, there were a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Marvellous location, Capodichino airport was 10 km away. The hotel was in a fairly nice area.

The hotel is great and has a quiet ambience. We booked a classic room and liked it. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. There was GOOD food.
