The staff has always been friendly and very, very nice, and the facilities were GREAT. It was also set in front of a tram station.

Overall it was bright with a balcony. Location: the hotel was close enough to different transport, castel Saint'Elmo, and the Circumvezuviana train station. The staff were amicable and attentive the whole time of my stay.
