The staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The location was great, next to the main areas of town and restaurants, the historic center, and the train station. It also was right in the heart of things.

Location: the hotel was right by the metro and many pizza places in the historic center as well as restaurants, the historic center, and the train station. Being a minute walk from Trattoria Don Vincenzo was nice, we had dinner there...

Had great and stunning location in the historic center, a couple of blocks away from Spaccanapoli. Huge and spacious units with good shower pressure, and the staff were helpful.

It had uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.
