location: the hotel was near a restaurant right in front of the venue, under the balconies facing the main street, the seafront for the ports and a residential area, 5 minutes by foot from the water front. the room was recently refurbished and extremely pleasant, at least for me. the staff was very amiable and superfriendly the entire time.

There were iron/ironing board, a work desk and a television with satellite channels in my double room. The management was really helpful and flexible, as well as the staff.
