Very good service overall and parking on site.

The place was fancy and had extremely helpful staff from the front desk to the waiters, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I ate at an elegant restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was reasonably spacious but it worked for my 5 days in this hotel.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, and cakes in the morning. A balcony, a minibar, and a safe available in the standard queen room. Gorgeous central location, just next door to the National Archeological Museum and the Naples Airport. Plus, walking distance to Saint Saviour Pimlico.

The location in a very romantic area was amazing and particularly good and there were a shopping street and all the major shops nearby. It was about 0.5 km from the airport. Our breakfast was sumptuous and plentiful with homemade pastries.

Magnificent hotel with charming staff and a stunning location. Spacious bedroom. Great to have a traditional restaurant for dinner.

The property's location is fantastic, just off restaurant, marvellous Napoli and Capri, such a beautiful island. Lungomare Caracciolo district is worth seeing. There is a sumptuous and good hot breakfast for a start.

Our double room was equipped with a writing table and coffee.

The queen room with the internet and a balcony which overlooked Castel d'Ovo plus 2 balconies with a view of the harbour. Good hot breakfast selection of amazing things. Gorgeous, incredible location not far from the sea and the port as well as the Molo which leads to the '' Fishermen's Quarter '' where all the best fish restaurants are.

Simply no complaints, very good stay. Sumptuous breakfast for every taste.

Food was exceptional and I have nothing but very positive memories from this trip. Fabulous hotel, fairly clean, consistently courteous staff, location away from the hectic downtown was brilliant. The standard queen room was modest and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, they offered scrambled eggs, bacon, and cakes. Free Wi-Fi was very good and the service was accommodating.

Standard double room was with a balcony, a mini bar, and a safe. It had lovely views of the sea. The accommodation had a central location right in front of the marina.

The area was scary.

Reasonably large hotel with unbeatable location close enough to a castle right in front with the Borgo Marinaro restaurant and marina area, Sorrento in the Antiche Mura and less prone to bump up the bills.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was wonderful and clean, with marvellous location on a pedestrianised area overlooking the marina with the sea beyond.

The hotel is charming with elegant staff and comfortable facilities.

That was beautiful and fabulous hotel set in downtown area, close to nightclubs, marina area and a restaurant at the marina. Had good sleep at the standard double room with bath and shower. The service was attentive and the location was marvellous and stunning. Delicious dishes served at the traditional restaurant.

Everything was very good, fancy hotel, the location was BEAUTIFUL next to historical centre, many restaurants, shopping, and sites and the panoramic waterfront. Strongly recommend because I loved it and did not want to leave there.

Had a pleasant stay for the last night of our trip and would stay here again. The food was tasty with a great selection of options. The most important was the staff - very friendly and attentive people.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a lot of meals to choose from. The hotel suited the needs, I will be back.

Good home base for discovering Naples with attentive staff with arrangements for a meet and greet at Naples airport. Stunning and wonderful location for Naples, right by a wide boulevard in front and excellent views of the harbour and Vesuvius, and museums, restaurants and maps. Besides, easy to get to an islet fortress. Sumptuous and plentiful breakfast, delightful food. Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything really good.

The hotel is luxurious and clean, nestled in a grand old building with worth every penny view of the bay. A nice restaurant for dinner is available. When we visit Naples, like staying here.

Again, walking distance to a large public square.

The location was great and fantastic, and we could reach Via Partenope by walking.

Amazing base for exploring Naples. A king room has everything you need. Moreover, it was easy to park nearby.

The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.

15 mins walk to the center. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Il Pavone, no need to go somewhere else🙂😃
