The place deserved 4 stars. The staff was amiable, as well as host. The room itself was modern and reasonably large with the bathroom as well as bunk beds provided.

Magnificent location in quiet area, just next door to the airport with plenty of time. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Liked our 1 night here. All of the staff members were very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. The bedroom was luxury and big size. The bathroom was fairly clean and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet for our convenience. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Buckingham Palace was absolutely perfect. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met expectation.

It was an enjoyable base for our just perfect stay. The highlight was the good food. The staff were amiable, we had a simple check-in process. The location was excellant and unbeatable, close to Immacolata.

The location down an alleyway off the Main Street was comfortable and excellent. We were given a family room with bunk beds, the bathroom, the AC.

The hotel staff are friendly. The ambiance is family! The rooms are good sized with bunk beds. They offer a refrigerator, air conditioning and a coffee/tea maker. No complaints, a perfect 10/10 experience, will be back.
