Modern and beautifully maintained room for what we needed with a window at all and a terrace plus the balcony. It had coffee/tea making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware.

The location was amazing, minutes away from restaurants and cafes. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. All the staff was amicable, tackled my issues.

The room seemed dark.

The staff was amiable and helpful all the time. I truly enjoyed convenient placing of an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning in the double room. The food at the cafe was local.

The triple room is a nice size and has central heating, an iron, and a coffee/tea maker. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet. The location of the hotel in Naples is exceptionally nice and perfect, close enough to the bus stop, train station and metro, the alleyway and the city center.

Everything was perfect, including helpful staff and incredible location in buzzing area of city. Lots of food available in the cafe. Location close to centrum, the main train station and the old city centre. A really nice stay especially for value for money.

Easy access to the central station, it was near the hotel.

Overall it was new-fashioned and well-maintained with the balcony.

The service was amazing with parking nearby. It was in a great and exceptionally nice location close to restaurants and a coffee house;)))

Make sure you stay in the double room with a window at all, the balcony and a terrace.

Would stay here again and again, truly enjoyed our really really nice stay here. Everything looks perfect. The room is impressive and well-equipped, comes with a terrace and the balcony. The breakfast is served in the cafe! It offers perfect services. Parking is nearby, the fee equals gbp 21 per day...

this hotel met the needs in every way, totally recommend. had really nice stay in this superior venue, the staff were very welcoming, location was incredible right in the city center. the food was local and the bar was lovely. the team provided a perfect service.

The staff is amiable as well as hotel's host. The location is central, near the old town, the main train station, and the old city centre of Naples. Don't forget to visit nearby Mozzelato, they have best coffee ever.

I did not want to leave there and would come back for sure. The room I got was a nice size and well-equipped, complete with the balcony, a window at all and a terrace, greatly enjoyed it. Very friendly and amicable staff, answered all questions. The bar was pretty nice.
