The hotel is deluxe with exceptionally nice staff and street views. The property offers great location adjacent to the port, Castel Nuovo and centre of Neapol. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Europeo di Mattozzi, located within 5 minutes walk or so;))

All the employees were amiable and amicable. The setting was quite great and amazing within easy reach of a medieval fortress.

TBH, the room was very dark, we expected better.

the location was amazing and good for traveling around naples, very close to quartieri spagnoli, naples and castel nuovo which is the start of the free walking tour napoli.

The location was marvellous, in the heart of Naples! It was also near centre of Neapol, Very close to the port and Neapol.

We liked our stay. The staff were loyal, and the bed was comfortable. An electric kettle, refrigerator and glassware are a nice touch. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
