Comfort Zone Naples

The check in was easy, the staff was very friendly. Exceptionally nice and ideal location in the safe area and it was a bonus to be easy walk to a tube station. Also, we visited Market Street, located at a walking distance from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

Everything there were perfect, including overall nice facilities. The staff were exceptionally nice and location was marvellous. This hotel was located in a great area. Set very close to a train station, it was great for travelling.

Best possible and comfortable location, the rooms were brand-new. We concluded the day with a sightseeing Galleria Toledo not too far from the hotel.

The staff has always been exceptional and welcoming, and the facilities were pretty nice! Very close to the train station, the location was excellent and fantastic, right in the city centre. Found time to see a funerary chapel, that's at a short distance from the property.

The room I had was a nice size with bathroom, wide screen smart TV, jacuzzi. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival. The extremely helpful staff gave good recommendations. The location was best possible and comfortable as for me, really close to metro and bus, and the center and the metro. Port of Naples district was worth visiting.

All the rooms are brand-new with balcony and the staff are exceptionally welcoming. The hotel offers a good choice of food that was brilliant.

The setting was quite great and fantastic within easy reach of a large public square. The atmosphere created was special.

welcome base for exploring naples. the hotel was quiet, had very good location and staff. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. large, very clean room with a minibar, heating and a private safe.
