The staff are incredibly welcoming and welcoming, managed the parking on-site.

A safe, central heating, and an iron were available in my triple room. The location was marvellous - within short walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The bedroom was large and air conditioned. The staff was accommodating, they give us all the help.

We had a double room and it included a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The bed was good, a bathtub worked well. The location of the hotel was good, near the centre. Further, it was just next door to Borgo's private interior garden, and transport.

The room was large and good-sized, had a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a dining area. It was facing courtyard.

The triple room was new-fashioned with comfy bed, all the basic amenities plus coffee machine and the location was marvellous.

We were given spotless, air-conditioned room with the single bed in an alcove for privacy. The location was marvellous and perfect, at a walking distance from Underground Naples. The property was set in a nice area.

Location near the beautiful garden, shops and the city centre. Nearby L'angolo del Kaffe - great place to chill out. Stylish and large room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe.

The personnel is accommodating.

The staff turned out to be extremely accommodating and super-friendly. I could get double room with a city view, thoroughly enjoyed that.

We booked stylish and reasonably large double room in the patio and could use wake-up service, available in it. There were an electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware in the room too.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would love to stay here again. The food was savoury - a huge variety of options. The staff was very helpful and hospitable, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. Location: the hotel was adjacent to relaxing garden, water, coffee and pastries 24h a day, clean rooms and comfortable common spaces, and a metro station. Naples Historical Centre district was worth exploring.

Thoroughly enjoyed the way our double room was arranged. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable for traveling around Naples, just next door to relaxing garden, water, coffee and pastries 24h a day, clean rooms and comfortable common spaces, the main attractions in Naples and the metro station and historical center. Stopped by Pasticceria Primavera to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend.

I was happy, the triple room I booked came with all the basic amenities, snacks, for instance. The staff was very kind & nice.

Easy check-in, parking nearby. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the triple room, plus a safe, central heating and an iron. Lots of yummy food. Very kind, nice staff towards all guests. All in all marvellous setting close enough to the best local restaurants, and beautiful Naples.
