Great and amazing location with parking onsite.

Truly enjoyed that the hotel was stunningly beautiful, fantastic decor in the rooms. The staff was good, charming all the time. Had superior room with balcony and wake-up service was available in it. The venue was set in a very central area so close to bars and the galleria that lasted through the entire night.

The services were exceptional, offered us very good free Wi-Fi. The deluxe room suited us: it had a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. The location was great and stunning, in a shopping center!

We loved this hotel, it was fairly clean with an excellent and highly trained staff.

We asked for triple room and it was stylish with a view of the galleria. Superfriendly staff that know the true value of customer service and the location was particularly good and magnificent in the galleria that lasted through the entire night.

Obliging staff and FABULOUS accommodation. Great location in the galleria that lasted through the entire night, historic style building. Attractive & impeccable unit with interesting paintings on the ceiling-baroque inspired furnishings. Central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk were convenient.

The location was marvellous and magnificent, not far from the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, the shopping area & the restaurant area and a good restaurant.

I had a really unforgettable experience here, everything was nice, the location was perfect right by the shop, and the centre of the city. The staff was very efficient and exceptionally helpful all the time. The view was incredibly beautiful, the service was excellent. Took the advantage of the parking on-site.

The property was ideal with pleasant and welcoming staff that know the true value of customer service, I enjoyed the stay. I got delicious breakfast with lovely pastries and freshly made coffee, for example. This accommodation had a very central setting right in the centre of Naples.

Clean units with a good view over street. A good area, marvellous and incredible location next to the ferry, castle, opera house, shopping malls and the waterfront. Easy walk to Piazza Trieste e Trento.

This was a particularly good and excellent location adjacent to the Opera House and near the Royal Palace, the shopping districts and Palazzo Real, and the plaza area.

I find the hotel fabulous, clean and the staff is obliging and kind. The location it offers is amazing, adjacent to Castel Nuovo, and Teatro San Carlo, Piazza Plebeicito, Palazzo Reale and Via Toledo. Love eating outside and there's Ciro a Santa Brigida, set minutes from the venue. When I am in Naples, I like staying here.

The hotel had a stunning location very close to an ornate 18th-century opera house. Near restaurants and bars, it was a bonus. I got impeccable and impressive room with extra bed, interesting paintings, a balcony as advertised...

The location was particularly good and magnificent, very close to Piazza Municipio. And the area was shopping, just next door to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, the mall on ground on boxs and Galleria Umberto.

The room was huge and airy with balcony, a view into the galleria, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. Had good and stunning location in the gallery during the night, very close to a 16th - century monument.

It's quirky hotel with accommodating staff and very good internet. We loved having a jacuzzi.

Well, it was a such great stay which woke us up two nights running. Everything was great, the staff were polite. Besides, the area was nice enough, next to Napolijamm. You could leave a car nearby.

located in 10 minutes' walk from toledo metro station. hotel's position within a walking distance of all my favorite places, like monastero di santa chiara.
